Shannon Hood I’ve been a writer, a lifeguard, a paleobotanist, an archaeologist, a personal trainer and a dental hygienist. Now I’m back to writing again. After staying home with my two girls for almost 7 years, I decided to start this blog. Now I am editor and contributor for frothygirlz.com , in addition to being a free-lance writer.
