SNL’s ‘Unstoppable’ Trailer Spoof

If you haven’t had a chance to catch up on your DVR, and you were planning on watching Saturday Night Live (with Scarlett Johansson hosting), don’t bother. This is it.  This is the highlight.

This Unstoppable movie trailer spoof is magical.  Jay Pharoah channels Denzel Washington to perfection.  Seriously, it is uncanny. I have watched this about twenty times, and I laugh my ass off every time.

And seriously, don’t bother with the rest of the show.  Bleh.

    Amen. The opening skit was just plain mean and seemed to set the tone for the rest of the show – not funny or skits that went on long past their one funny moment. The Manuel Ortiz Show was the worst skit I’ve ever seen on SNL, bar none.

    I agree the spoof was great, but was is going on with SNL–It hasn’t been funny in a long time on its own. Until this spoof Betty White hosting the show in May was it.

    @Vonne

    It is terribly lame, but check out the show that Anne Hathaway just hosted (on NBC.com or Hulu). It is actually very good. Gave me hope.
