I, too, hated the book. Hated how she treated Eric. Hated how she humiliated him by writing this book.

I heard this was a tough read, and I wasn’t sure if it was going to be because she broke an image that people had of her being some perfect pixie, brave enough to be truthful this go ’round…or…because she would be tough to like due to her actions. After several reviews, quite frankly, I’ll skip the book I think. Great review.

This morning I slinked into my largest, baggiest sweatpants – which make my bottom disappear in swathes of faded black fabric – I plucked a piece of dried food off of the enormous, sexy grey t-shirt that I slept in (no bra, fellas) and I observed my reflection in the mirror before heading downstairs…who knew that not washing your hair for days and days could result in that Just Fucked Bedhead, the likes of which were last seen on Bardot? Well, I knew. Not a day passes in which my stunning face and figure aren’t remarked upon by passerby and loved ones, my comely attributes the source of envy among my friends…truthfully, I am so sick of it. When will the extravagent praise for my beauty end? Is there nothing in the world more interesting to talk about than how gorgeous my legs are? Can’t we all agree that my loveliness is a marvel and move on? If only….

Yeah. I haven’t read any of her books – honestly, the infidelity doesn’t put me off so much as the self-adoration. GAG. (well done Heidi!!)
