I’d like to channel an Over Eaters Anonymous meeting to intro this cookie. Meet Dolly.
And with that, I present the recipe for Hello Dollies:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Crush 2 pkgs graham crackers [channel your inlaw angst]. Mix w/2 sticks melted butter [Paula & Ina would be proud]. Form a Crust on the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Lick your fingers.
Atop that, toss one bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/2 bag [aloha holidays!] shredded coconut, 1/2 bag chopped walnuts or pecans, one bag butterscotch chips and 1/2 cup dried cranberries. Drizzle with an entire can of sweetened, condensed milk.
Bake 30 minutes.
Cool. Cut. Eat them up!
Unbutton your pants.
