Friday Happy Hour Retro Drink Recipe: Breakfast Martini
A Breakfast Martini
1 1/2 ounces gin
3/4 ounces fresh lemon juice
3/4 ounces Cointreau
1 teaspoon light marmalade (lite on the rind, Pattington Bear)
1 slice mini toast
Combine all ingredients [okay, except the toast ninny] and shake with ice.
Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the slice of toast.
Repeat until the rooster crows!
